I am Tara O’Donoghue a Senior Psychotherapist based in Richmond (South-west London) trained in both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Compassionate Focused Therapy (CFT) And Eye Movement Desentisation Reprocessing (EMDR).
I offer both in-person home visits/home treatment and online therapy. Home-based therapy involves me travelling to you, treatment being delivered in your home or at a place you wish to have assistance with (public speaking, exposure work). Online therapy allows you to receive therapy from anywhere in the world from the convenience of your device
